Quantitative Mechanical and Electrical Atomic Force Microscopy Scanning Modes
The Open House will provide an introduction to the Molecular Materials Resource Center's Atomic Force Microscopes, focusing on the measurement of electrical and mechanical properties of surfaces. The Open House will include morning talks and afternoon workshops on how to use the AFMs.
