We are writing to invite you to join the Theory of Biological Computation Seminar and Reading Group. This informal, student-led (professor-free) seminar series and reading group will be on Tuesday evenings from 6pm to 8pm in BBB B101 (NeuroTechers Lounge).

Previous topics in this series have been dynamical systems, artificial neural networks, associative memory, biological learning, and statistical methods.

This week's topic: Life, Learning, and Consciousness. Tuesday, 12/11, BBB B101 6-8pm. All are welcome to join us for short talks from grad students and postdocs and an informal, wide-ranging discussion on big topics in biology, neuroscience, and computation. Even if you haven't attended lately, or ever, you should join us this time! We'll head over to T. Boyle's after (walking distance from campus) to celebrate the end of the quarter. Let us know if you would like to give a short talk about your wildest science ideas. RSVP on Piazza, or by email to William, to get first dibs on food, but feel free to drop in regardless.

Hope to see you all Tuesday!
