Nature Sensors is a monthly online journal launched in January 2026, dedicated to publishing pioneering research across the full spectrum of sensing technologies. With an interdisciplinary and application-driven focus, the journal covers advances across physical, chemical and biological sensing, from fundamental sensing technologies to integrated sensor systems and real-world applications. In this talk, I will introduce the vision and scope of the journal, highlight the types of research we seek to publish, and discuss our editorial standards. I will also share some of our ongoing initiatives and offer practical perspectives on publishing with Nature Sensors, followed by an open discussion and Q&A. https://www.nature.com/natsensors/
