BBE Rooms

Welcome to BBE Rooms

We are excited to announce that you may now book your own rooms! Anyone with an @caltech.edu or @jpl.gov email address is able to access the new Booked scheduling calendar.

To get started, just log on to bberooms.caltech.edu and enter your Caltech or JPL user name and password.

Once you log on, you will find a few ways to book a room:

1. Select Reservations > Schedule - This will bring up all the rooms at once. When you hover over the room name, room details and photos pop up. You may change the view at the top left, and calendar dates at the top right. Select the date, enter a title, time, additional participants if relevant, description and select "Create" at the top right. 
2. Select Reservations > Find a Time - Select "All Rooms" and whichever "Resource" (resource = room name) you wish.  Add your Duration, Date, then select "Find a Time". You may enter a minimum capacity by selecting "More Options". A list of rooms meeting your criteria will pop up. Select one and enter your information.
3. Select Reservations > Resource Calendar - Select a room from the drop down menu, click on a date, select "New Reservation". Fill out the information, add additional participants if relevant, and select "Create" at the top right corner.

You may view the room details and photos while making your reservation by selecting the eye symbol on the resource. You may also change the room or select multiple resources at once by selecting Change +.

Your reservation will be pending upon approval. Once approved, you will receive a confirmation email from Booked.

Please note that in the unlikely event of reservation conflict, we may need to cancel and help relocate your reservation in a timely manner when the room is needed for BBE seminars or classes.

Beckman Auditorium and Kerckhoff 125 are not managed by BBE Rooms.
