The BBE Committee for Community Development (CCD) works with the Division's CCD Representatives to develop new initiatives, steward ongoing programs, coordinate efforts across the Division, and interface with Institute-level activities that enhance community development. The BBE Division believes supporting scientists fosters increased creativity and innovation and wants to create an environment in which all members can thrive, regardless of their backgrounds. The BBE Division wishes to promote an atmosphere that is as free from bias as possible. If you wish to report an incident of bias of any kind, the Caltech Equity and Title IX Office has reporting information and a reporting form online. In addition, you can send an anonymous report to the BBE CCD committee or just the BBE CCD committee chair. See anonymous form here.
