You must answer those questions:
1: What is the position of the visitor at their home institute/organization?
2: Campus visit, remote access only, or hybrid?
3: If campus visit, what is the duration?
Get a clear picture of the visit and collaboration. If your PI does not provide you with the necessary information, ask them (see visitor question checklist)

Question 2: Campus visit, remote access only, or hybrid?
Question 3: What is the duration of the visit?
Appointment type is now determined
Question 4: How to request the appointment? (answer in red)
Tip!
Identifying the appointment type correctly is key to a swift and smooth processing. The questions for Guests, External Affiliates, and Visitors are different. Same if they are remote or on campus. If a request is returned due to the incorrect title/rank, the sponsor and visitor may have to answer more questions and resubmit their forms.
